Sales tax of 9.25% will be added to all orders shipping to Tennessee upon checkout.



Order Processing

All of our jewelry items are handmade. Please allow 3-4 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped, except where otherwise noted. Please note that personalized necklaces will take 5-7 business days to ship. Large orders may require additional time to fulfill. If there will be a longer processing delay we will notify you by email.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders received after 12pm EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.



Shipping

Our Shipping & Handling fee is a flat rate of $4.95. We ship using USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Packages are delivered in an average of 2-3 business days to any U.S. domestic address. Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. We will send an email notification when your item has been shipped.

We have added a new ship method, ONLY available for orders of Bumpies mini bumper stickers, with no jewelry. If you choose this method your Bumpies stickers will be mailed in a flat envelope via USPS First Class mail for $0.75.

At this time we offer international shipping with USPS First Class mail only. This shipping method does not include delivery confirmation or insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped.

All jewelry items are shipped enclosed in a plastic ziploc bag and Sterling Silver items include an anti tarnish strip. We recommend that you store your jewelry sealed in the included ziploc bag to prevent tarnishing.



Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email, and return your item to us within 14 days. We will be happy to accept returns of your unused items in their original condition for a full refund in the form of original payment. Original shipping & handling costs are not refundable. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your credit card statement.

Please note that personalized items and custom orders are not returnable.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping return merchandise. For your protection, please use a trackable shipping method and pack your item in a well padded envelope or box. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Ship your return package to:

Exchanges will be processed as two separate transactions. Please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt of your package to notify us of your wish to exchange your merchandise. Please ship your exchange item following the suggestions above and place your new order online. Your new order will be processed and your credit card charged. We will notify you upon receipt of your return and process your refund in the form of your original payment.

If you receive a damaged item from us please contact us by email within two business days. We will gladly take care of all costs associated with replacing your damaged item.

If you have an item that is in need of repair please send an email describing your item and how it is damaged so that we may send you a repair estimate. For your protection, please ship your item using a trackable shipping method in a well padded envelope or box. Ship your items for repair to:

Upon receipt of your item we will email you a confirmation and inform you of the repair charge. Please allow 1-2 weeks for repairs to be processed and shipped to you. If a repair charge is involved we must receive payment before shipping your repaired item to you.
