Order ProcessingAll of our jewelry items are hand made. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to make and ship your order. Large orders may require additional time to fulfill. If there will be a longer processing delay we will do our best to notify you by email.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders received after 12pm EST or on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
ShippingWe ship packages via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We also offer USPS Express Mail for expedited delivery (overnight to many locations).
**PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IN THE CASE OF EXPEDITED SHIPPING, WE WILL STILL REQUIRE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS AND MAKE YOUR ORDER. WE WILL THEN SHIP YOUR ORDER VIA THE SHIPPING METHOD CHOSEN.

Packages are delivered to US domestic addresses in the average number of business days listed above . Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. We will send an email notification when your item has been shipped.
A USPS First Class Mail Flat Envelope shipping method is available ONLY for orders of Semantics mini bumper stickers, with no jewelry. If you choose this method your Semantics stickers will be mailed in a flat envelope via USPS First Class mail for $0.75.
International Shipping: At this time we offer international shipping with USPS First Class mail only. This shipping method does not include delivery confirmation or insurance and delivery times will vary. Please note that delivery of your international package may take 2-3 weeks and we have no way of tracking your package once is leaves the studio.
*NOTE* To International Customers:
Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur. I am not responsible for those charges, and I will not mark packages as gifts to avoid these charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. ALSO PLEASE NOTE that First Class International Mail may take 2-3 WEEKS to arrive, and international shipping times are not under my control.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped.
Packaging
All jewelry items are shipped enclosed in a plastic ziploc bag, and Sterling Silver items include an anti-tarnish strip. We recommend that you store your jewelry sealed in the included ziploc bag to prevent tarnishing.
Gift Wrap ($3 per item)
If you choose to have your item gift wrapped it will be packaged in a jewelry box and tied with ribbon. Your gift message will be printed on a small card and included in the box. Let us know if you would like multiple items in the same box.
Care for Your Jewelry
- Protect your jewelry from scratches and chemicals, including makeup, hairspray and perfumes, which should be applied before putting on your jewelry.
- Do not wear your jewelry in water, such as in pools or during bathing. This can damage some gemstones and metals, including gold.
- Sterling Silver naturally tarnishes due to moisture in the air and perspiration and oils on your skin. You can reduce tarnishing by storing your jewelry in an air tight bag with the included anti-tarnish paper.
- We recommend using a treated tarnish removing polishing cloth to gently wipe your jewelry after each time you wear it. Liquid Sterling Silver cleaners are also available at most stores like Target, Walmart and CVS. Please use care when using liquid cleaners, as they can remove the darkening on the letters of your personalized jewelry.
- Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after each time you wear it.
Returns & ExchangesWe want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email, and return your item to us within
14 days. We will be happy to accept returns of your unused items in their original condition for a full refund in the form of original payment. Original shipping & handling costs are not refundable. Please note that refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Please note that personalized items and custom orders are not returnable.The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping return merchandise. For your protection, please use a trackable shipping method and pack your item in a well padded envelope or box. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Exchanges will be processed as two separate transactions. Please contact us by email within
14 days of receipt of your package to notify us of your wish to exchange your merchandise. Please ship your exchange item following the suggestions above and place your new order online. Your new order will be processed and your credit card charged. We will notify you upon receipt of your return and process your refund in the form of your original payment.
If you receive a damaged item from us please contact us by email within two business days. We will gladly take care of all costs associated with replacing your damaged item.
RepairsIf you have an item that is in need of repair please send an email describing your item and how it is damaged so that we may send you a repair estimate. Upon receipt of your item we will email you a confirmation and inform you of the repair charge. Please allow 1-2 weeks for repairs to be processed and shipped to you. If a repair charge is involved we must receive payment before shipping your repaired item to you.
