HOLIDAY ORDERING DEADLINES

For Priority Mail shipping, order by December 15
For Express Mail shipping, order by December 18
For Express Mail shipping + rush production, order by December 20

 

Shipping & Delivery

All of our jewelry items are hand made to order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for us to make and ship your order. Large orders may require additional time to fulfill.

 

Domestic Shipping

We ship packages via USPS Priority Mail (3-4 days) with delivery confirmation. We also offer USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) for expedited delivery. Please note that even in the case of expedited shipping, we may still require up to 2 weeks to make your jewelry.

 

International Shipping

We offer USPS First Class International shipping. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipping, since these times vary greatly depending on the customs regulations of your country. Please note that we declare the actual value of your order on the customs form, and we are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments.

 

Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to Maine addresses upon checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order. We do accept returns of personalized items and custom orders.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from us please contact us by email within two business days. We will gladly take care of all costs associated with replacing your damaged item.

Care for Your Jewelry

Please protect your jewelry from scratches and chemicals, including makeup, hairspray and perfumes, and do not wear your jewelry in water.

All sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. We recommend storing your piece in an air-tight container, such as a small ziploc bag, to help prevent tarnishing. To clean your sterling piece, use the polish pad included with your order.

You must provide contact information (such as name, email and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes in case UPS needs to contact you regarding the delivery.
